Traditionally, the ears were cropped. Since 2004, it's forbidden in most of european countries but it's still allowed in Canada. The ears are cropped when the puppy is between 7 to 12 weeks, the surgery is done by a veterinarian and the puppy is anesthetized. We sell our puppies with natural ears but if you want to have a puppy with cropped ears my vet can do it (extra fees). Update :From January 1st 2017, ear cropping will be banned in Quebec, therefore, from that date all the puppies will be sold with natural ears. | |
